Israel-China Coordinating Council (IC3) Sub Committees are constituted by leaders in their field from China and Israel. The Sub Committees primary goal is to construct and guide the development of agriculture sector relations between Israel and China, by identifying cooperative areas, offering professional and strategic policy guidance and facilitating a quicker response time to opportunities and incentive via government, academic and business vehicles in China and Israel.

The program encourages active researchers and scientists as well as Ph.D students. The program especially encourages the participation of retired scientists and emeritus professors to assist the scientific development of China’s rural areas by regular visits, advice, cooperation and exchange.
