A coordinating committee informed by academic, professional and strategic opinion, possessing a quicker response rate to events and opportunities, able to initiate and coordinate hi level meetings and identify areas of academic, political, scientific, strategic and commercial cooperation. Members and Administration:
Members of the Israel-China Institute’s Advisory Board serve on the basis of their experience, excellence and leadership in Israel-China relations, in academe, diplomacy, technical-professional and commerce-investment related fields as well as in Jewish world and Middle East related matters. They form the core groups of the Israel-China Coordinating Council (IC3) sub committees.

Israel China Coordinating Council (IC3) Steering Committee is identifying new areas of synergy and identifying suitable personnel to occupy positions on Sub Committees. Potential sub committees include: Regional Development; International Affairs; Jewish Community and Jewish World; Policy and Strategy; CEO Sub Committee; Energy; Medicine and Pharmaceuticals; Hi Tech and IT; Media, Art and Culture.

An important component of IC3 is the inclusion of Chinese counterparts on the Council for the purpose of designing and guiding effective policy to work within and between the Chinese government and its institutions and with Chinese industry, commercial and cultural bodies.
