Tal Reshef earned his BA with Honours, in History and Chinese Philosophy, at Tel-Aviv University; and his MA in the History of Ideas at the Sorbonne University, Paris. He is a certified coach and Member at the Israel Federation of Chambers of Commerce.

He has lived and worked in over forty countries. He served as a project manager for hi tech projects for twelve years; taught business and business culture at the Hebrew University campus in Rehovot and at the Rishon leZion Academy.

His areas of expertise are in management and business coaching; inter-cultural training, with special competency in Overseas-Chinese business relations. He works as a consultant to companies seeking to penetrate the Chinese market, offering seminars, courses and specialized coaching on Chinese business culture.

He works on select projects with Confucius Business Group and the Israel-China Institute, and is active in the Israel Organizing Committee for the Shandong Agriculture and Technology Forum to be held in Jinan, China, July 5-6, 2010.
